Hello! I'm Luna, a certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Therapist, and Healing Arts Practitioner. I rent safe and welcoming spaces around Vienna, for:
• Reiki Healing Circles,
• 1x1 Reiki,
• Yoga Groups, and
• Tarot Evenings.
I strive to share the wisdom of energy healing, spirituality, and personal development. My professional journey into the Healing Arts started in 2020. Ever since, I have completed extensive training in Master Level Reiki, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Herbcraft, Chakra Activation, Crystal and Ancestral Spirit Work. I am proud to have a notable portfolio of regular online clients, and am hereby branching out for face-to-face sessions. I look forward to getting to know you 🩷

• Reiki is a transformative practice that helps you connect with your inner light.
• Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) is not about fitness, or pushing oneself to the limit. It is a technique to find your way back into your body when life becomes overwhelming.
• Tarot is a way to look within, connect with your subconscious and your spiritual guides.
Level: Come as you are - no experience needed.
Equipment: Yogamats are provided! Water and vegan snacks too.
Group: Spots are always limited to 5-7 people, to keep it intimate and comfortable for everyone.

It is a technique to find your way back into your body when life becomes overwhelming. It helps your body-mind-soul connection, your processing of the past, and your balance in day to day challenges.

• Movement without physical assists,
• Breathwork to soothe the nervous system,
• Easy calming techniques to take home with you,

What level: All levels are welcome! I offer constant opportunities to modify, take a break, or change position.
This is for you, if: You want to regain/uphold a sense of body ownership, safety, and empowerment in a gentle, non-judgmental, safe and supportive space.

• Yoga mats,
