The Kanban Method was introduced in 2008 and has been gaining more attention worldwide because it accelerates improvement and is applicable anywhere knowledge work is done; not only within software dev and IT.

At the same time there are those who think Kanban is just a board with cards but the Kanban Method is much more. This talk is to visit its six practices and will be of interest to agilists and non-agilists alike.

This workshop is ideal for any team-oriented knowledge workers who are looking for a lightweight yet powerful system for improving value-creation and decreasing time to delivery.

Note: Lunch will be provided (๐Ÿ•) and a portion of it will be in workshop format so prepare to get involved!
