Ride: Legacy Highway Bike Path

Details
This 22-mile ride is an out-and-back spin on the Legacy Highway Bike Path from North Salt Lake to Farmington. (Part of our route might be on the Denver & Rio Grande Western Rail Trail if the Legacy bike path is blocked.) The terrain is easy flat to rolling terrain on paved pathways, with a tiny bit on public roads in traffic. Our itinerary is to roll north to Farmington Station, where we’ll stop for coffee/brunch/lunch and then return. All bikes work on this ride.
Please ensure your bike is correctly adjusted and safe to operate. Everyone needs to bring basic tire repair tools and wear a helmet. No earbuds. Pace is individual choice. Bike locks recommended. Meet Elliott at the Center Street Trailhead in North Salt Lake at 9:00AM ready to ride.
Trailhead Information: In North Salt Lake, drive Center Street west to Foxboro Drive and turn north then west to trailhead parking. (This intersection is before going over the Legacy Highway.) The TH is at approximately 1100 West. There is a porta-potty at this location.
