Zoo Lights

Each winter at night during the holidays, Hogle Zoo lights up their grounds with brilliant holiday displays featuring a bonanza of animal and holiday scenes. Our itinerary is to stroll through this wonderland on paved pathways before heavy snows inundate the park. Plan on 1.5 to 2 hours depending upon individual interests along with time spent visiting indoor concession stands and food vendors warming up. Dress for the weather, and be sure to wear appropriate footwear as pathways may be slippery. Note: ZooLights is a fee event which only runs on select nights. Go to www.hoglezoo.org for more information. Meet Elliott outside the Member and Guest Services office at 6:00PM. Look for a guy wearing a red 2002 Olympic jacket and a red U of U stocking cap. No dogs.

Meeting Directions: Hogle Zoo is located in Salt Lake City at 2600 East Sunnyside Avenue (840 South) on the south side of the road.
