Great Salt Lake Hike (Exploratory)

Come join me for a relaxed 2–4 mile round-trip hike/walk along the shores of the Great Salt Lake. We’ll take a slow, easy pace so everyone can socialize, enjoy the scenery, and get to know each other along the way.

If the weather cooperates, we should also get to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the lake. Feel free to bring a drink to enjoy while we watch the sunset together.

I do have a specific destination in mind, but current lake levels and shoreline conditions will determine our exact turnaround point. One of the goals of this outing is to check current and shoreline conditions for future Utah Outdoors events.

Please be aware that shoreline conditions can change, and there is a possibility we may encounter mud along the way, so plan footwear accordingly.
