Ride: West Davis Highway Bike Path

This 24-mile out-and-back ride features UDOT’s paved bike path paralleling the new West Davis Highway in Davis County. Our itinerary is to roll northwest about 12-miles to Jensen’s Nature Park in Syracuse, and then return. The terrain is flat to gently rolling on a paved bike path out of traffic. Pace is individual choice, with both road and mountain bikes welcome. Please ensure your bike is correctly adjusted and safe to operate. Everyone needs to bring basic tire repair tools and wear a helmet. No earbuds. Meet Elliott at the Farmington trailhead at 9:00AM ready to ride.

Trailhead Information. In Farmington drive Grover’s Lane west of Farmington High School to 725 West (aka Sheep Road) and turn south. The trailhead is at the end of this dead-end street. There are no restrooms at this location.
