Cooking workshop
My name is Manuela, cooking is my way to connect with people. I started very young in Florence with Mamma and Nonna, and haven’t stopped since! Mindfully taking care of the dish preparation while appreciating every ingredient - from the tomato’s red passion color to the texture of the raw flour - is what cooking means to me.
Living in the heart of Utrecht, together with my partner, we would like to open our home doors to spend a loud evening together.
This event is for you if you like to get your hands dirty while enjoying mindful crafting, meaningful conversion and authentic connection.
Mattia will make sure that your glass is always refilled.

If you’ve never been, this is your opportunity to experience what these evenings are about:
cooking together, slowing down, and connecting in a simple, real way.Throughout the evening, we’ll share an Italian-style aperitivo while also stepping into the experience of handmade pasta.
You’ll have the chance to get your hands into the dough, create together, and be part of the process.This is not a structured cooking class, but a flowing experience:
moving naturally between food, conversation, and presence.
The pasta becomes part of the evening — something we prepare, cook, and share together, as a simple and symbolic moment.✨ Expect:
