### UX TALKS

Talk 1: Beyond Interfaces: How AI Turns UX Designers into World Builders
Steve Gybels, Design System Expert @ Accenture Song

Steve Gybels is a UX designer and creative technologist exploring how AI transforms designers into world builders who move beyond static screens to craft fluid, adaptive experiences. In his talk, Steve will dive into how AI is pushing design beyond traditional interfaces and into more dynamic, adaptive worlds.

Instead of just being a UX designer who delivers wireframes or clickable prototypes, today’s tools — and especially AI — allow us to design entire interactive environments. We’re no longer limited to static screens; we can generate assets on the fly, automate repetitive parts of the design process, and even shape experiences that respond dynamically to each user’s context and input.
This shift turns design into something closer to world-building: creating living, breathing ecosystems where visuals, interactions, and content evolve together. We explore this transformation — how AI extends our role as designers, what it means to move from screen-based design to environment-based experiences, and how embracing this change can make our work both more creative and more impactful.

Talk 2: Agentic Experience Design: When your users' AI becomes your new customers
Jelle Plass, Experience Strategist @ iO

Jelle is an Experience Strategist who transforms complex AI technology into human-centered solutions for companies like Shell, Vodafone, and NMBS.
In his talk, Jelle will show us why Agentic Experience Design represents both the biggest threat and the greatest opportunity in the history of UX.

Two years from now, your interface may not have human users—it will have their AI agents, browsing, comparing, negotiating, and purchasing on their behalf. Welcome to the era of Agentic Experience Design, where we stop designing for clicks and start choreographing danses between AI. This isn’t about chatbots or customer service—it’s a fundamental shift in who—or what—experiences our designs. When AI agents book flights, evaluate products, or attend meetings, traditional UX principles shatter. How do you design for something that doesn’t need hierarchy, doesn’t feel friction, and processes information in milliseconds?
This keynote explores Agentic Experience Design: crafting experiences for AI entities acting with human intent. You’ll discover why UX isn’t about removing friction but orchestrating trust, why brand loyalty could become algorithmic, and how designers can evolve from interface creators to behavior architects.
