Christina Kalel, graduate assistant and user research analyst at the UA Libraries, will present on her effort to support ongoing, iterative, lightweight user research. An evolution of our standard guerilla-style usability testing process, the Tiny Cafe was introduced in the fall of 2017 as a way to recruit participants for user research using coffee and snacks as an incentive.
