Designing user journeys for better mental health and wellbeing
Details
We are running a virtual UX workshop facilitated by Marcelo Paiva (UKG) to support the mental health product Cope Notes to refine their user journeys and onboarding process.
Johnny Crowder launched Cope Notes after spending his formative years searching for resources to help him cope with his mental health conditions, ranging from OCD and bipolar disorder to schizophrenia. His firsthand experience with mental illness, university-level education in psychology, and contagious positivity combine to fashion a spirit of advocacy and compassion unlike any other.
Marcelo hosts monthly meet-ups and has dedicated over a decade mentoring and educating the community on Accessibility, Inclusive Design trends, and empowering product designers on knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Their expertise in architecting and deploying Design Systems has helped many local companies build cross-functional teams to successfully architect, build, maintain, and scale Design Systems.

This will be an evening session to tackle some design thinking and UX challenges and provide design recommendations that will make a huge impact on the Cope Notes community and future users.
We can only have a limited number of attendees for this event, please share how your experience is aligned with the session and we can share some insight materials in advance.
