One of the inherent challenges of UX research is quantifying the value and impact user research can have on an organization. It all starts with understanding the current state and creating a baseline of metrics that tells a more comprehensive story.
The goal for this presentation is to offer practical and tangible techniques, tips, tools, and insights that allow the audience to implement so that more organizations come to value research and researchers as a critical part to a product’s success and not an afterthought.
Ruchi Solanki is the Senior Lead UX Researcher for Cox Automotive where she not only conducts her own research, but also manages a small team of researchers for the consumer facing websites Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book and Dealer.com. Ruchi has 10+ years’ experience in primary and secondary research and data analytics.
