Joel is the Founder of FloatGoat, a Researcher, Service Designer, and an Accessibility Specialist. He’s spent more than a decade turning research into something louder than decks and stickies: into action. Whether it’s shaping strategy for Fortune 500 giants or helping startups find their first true north, Joel has built, scaled, and led research practices that make products not just usable, but undeniable.

He is also a father to three dogs, three tortoises, 11 chickens, and more plants than you might expect. In his off hours, he’s on a river kayaking, camping, sometimes fishing.
