In his on-going adventure with generative AI, Daniel has experienced some familiar frustrations. It turns out that building a bot is a lot like raising a child – and in this talk, Daniel will rant and rave about the delightful highs, painful lows, and various unanswered questions a UX writer and parent might have when trying to get ChatGPT to behave.

Speaker
Daniel Pieracci is a mediocre software developer who turned into a pretty good writer. Born and raised in California, he now lives in Zurich with his wife, daughter, and cat. He works as a UX writer at a big company you've heard of.
