UXZGB is hosting its second online meetup focused on a topic that’s reshaping how we work as UX professionals: AI & automation.

In this session, we’ll explore how human-centered design, UX workflows, and DesignOps are evolving in response to AI - with concrete examples and practical insights from real-world projects.

It’s time to stop doing tasks we never really wanted to do in the first place. In this talk, Thomas presents concrete ways for freelancers and companies to use AI-based tools to build cost-efficient, fully automated DesignOps infrastructures across disciplines and departments.

From universally searchable user research insights, to quality-assured Figma files, to virtual user tests powered by AI persona agents - the session demonstrates how digital, human-centered product development can benefit from the latest advances in AI, and how UX professionals can remain relevant in the future.

About the speaker:
Thomas Immich is the owner and Managing Director of Centigrade GmbH, one of Germany’s leading UX-focused IT companies.

With over 20 years of experience, he has worked extensively on new UX methods, design systems, and agile software development processes. Thomas supports corporations and startups in their human-centered digital transformation and has received multiple prestigious Design Awards.

With a strong focus on DesignOps, he is an expert in workflow automation and AI agents. He is also the founder of the AI personas startup LeanScope AI.
