In this session, we’ll explore how a “What If” mindset can transform familiar UX workflows - from scripting and transcription to synthesis and final reporting - all using the Google Workspace AI stack!

3️⃣ What if? A Strategy & Research Journey Powered by AI
(30 min) • Speaker: Nathalia Andrijic
A powered by AI strategy & research journey from zero to the final report that was not possible 1 year ago. How I've been applying AI Tools in my projects with the “WHAT IF MINDSET" to optimize tasks as I design scripts, transcript interviews, summarize learnings, connect data from different studies and shape the final report. It goes through Gemini on Workspace, Gems, Gemini on Meet and NotebookLM.
The core takeaway of this talk is to embrace a 'What If' mindset with AI to explore new ways to go through journeys we're used to. We shouldn't just automate; we must challenge our established workflows. 'What if AI could reveal hidden connections in research?' or 'What if it could instantly distill key insights from hours of interviews?'. We can leverage AI tools to transform projects in ways that were previously impossible.
About the speaker:
Nathalia Andrijic is a Global Senior UX Strategist & Researcher at Google and an Instructor of Strategy at Miami Ad School. She helps companies identify problems, investigate opportunities, and drive meaningful solutions.
She has worked on global products such as Search, YouTube, Gemini (Gen AI), and Android. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with agencies and design and innovation consultancies, supporting clients including Next, Itaú, Nike, TIM, Johnson & Johnson, and Ford. At HandMade Design, R/GA, DM9, and JWT, she developed work spanning research, positioning, integrated communication, and strategic development of digital platforms.
Nathalia holds a degree in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Media, Information and Culture from ECA/USP, with academic focus on digital services, technology, and gender.
She teaches Strategy and Innovation classes and dedicates part of her time to mentoring and volunteer projects.
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Nathalia’s family roots trace back to the small island of Korčula, Croatia.
