After 6+ years as a UX director at agencies, Jackie Greenfield switched directions and is now a product manager at Patriot Software, a B2B SaaS company based in Canton, OH.
Jackie will share how the day-to-day life of a product manager overlaps - and differs - from that of a UX director at an agency. She'll discuss what skills are particularly transferable between the two fields. She'll also offer some resources for those interested in learning more about product management.
