Conducting research with participants at the speed and scale required of UX teams is challenging. We are seeing examples and explorations of how AI can assist us in processing large quantities of data from our research, increasing the capability to transcribe, translate and synthesize (with major caution around ethics and privacy).

Kelsey will explore the strengths and weaknesses of both humans and machines in the art of listening in UX research, and explore a future where listening deeply to our users at scale could be an achievable reality.
