The global Interaction Design Day (IxDD) started by the IxDA comes to Budapest! Come and join fellow UX and Interaction Designers and take part of this year’s global topic.

As new technologies, new platforms emerge the impact of interaction design grows and the individual responsibility of a designer becomes more visible. The industry started to have many conversations about roles, ethics and inclusiveness over the past few years. This event will focus on the discussion about practices, experiences, warning signs and guiding principles on how to navigate in a new, complex world of digitalization.

Short talks followed by small group discussions, interactive sessions.
Be prepared to win some rewards as well!

This event is also a kick off for the IXDA Budapest local group, part of the official interaction design community.

CAIO MANZOTTI
Caio Manzotti is a Product Designer at eBay Classifieds Group, the world-leading classifieds portfolio, headquartered in Amsterdam. After finishing a degree in Graphic Design he has held various roles in design consultancy, leadership and kicking off design systems. Now with over ten years of experience, his portfolio of employers ranges from Motorola, ContaAzul and FindHotel. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and now living in the Netherlands, he is an enthusiast of mobile devices and the interface challenges that they bring.

DÁVID BIRKÁS
Dávid is a Senior Manager of User Experience and Engineering at GE Healthcare Hungary. Got a degree as an Engineer of Prepress and been a Customer Support engineer for years in the printing business. After some runs with Product Management roles at media companies, he had various roles in UX in the last seven years, working on different products, like social media measurement, job applicant tracking, oncology meetings and cloud tools for pharma scientists. He's leading a UX team of 7 and a bigger team of software engineers. He has a passion to focus on security, safety and ethics in design.

NORBERT KRIZSÁN
Norbert Krizsán is a UX Strategist at Mito, a digital agency in Budapest. Mathematician (not a good one) by trade, science nerd by heart, he has 8 years of design experience. His medical usability and interaction design background helped him tremendously in the past years to architect large scale self-care portals and mobile applications for clients mainly in the telecommunication domain (Deutsche Telekom Group, Vodafone). Lately his focus is more on the ethical side of design and the design solution's effect on society.
