FlashFrame™ in Action: A Hands-On Design Thinking Workshop

This 2-hour, in-person workshop introduces FlashFrame™—a new, AI-enhanced Design Thinking method designed to help teams move from empathy to clarity faster, without sacrificing depth.

Together, we’ll work through the first half of the Design Thinking process, focusing on the Empathy and Define stages using the FlashFrame™ framework. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, guided discussion, and structured AI prompts to surface insights quickly and align around clear problem statements.

This workshop is ideal for UX designers, researchers, product managers, and anyone who facilitates collaborative problem-solving and wants a faster, more focused way to run Design Thinking sessions.

About our speaker:
Tahari Julander is a UX educator and Design Thinking facilitator with more than 21 years of teaching experience. He draws on his early career as a kitchen designer, where he learned to translate human behavior, constraints, and emotional needs into functional solutions. This foundation continues to guide his UX practice today. Over the past decade, Tahari has taught thousands of general-education college students the Design Thinking process, gaining rare insight into how teams generate meaningful ideas and where they get stuck. His work now focuses on bringing clarity, flow, and AI-enhanced methods to UX teams and workshops.
