We're excited to see you all at the UX Wales June Meetup, which will be on Thursday June 25th Feb in Cardiff.
Our sponsor for this event is long time friend of UX Wales, Confused.com!
Speakers & Talks
We've got great talks by Inas and Soham from NeuraCite, who are going to talk us through GEO, AI search and how search is changing (and how it relates to UX).
We're also really lucky to have Joanna Goodwin, the title of her talk is, "It's not what you said, it's how you said it"
Finally, UX Wales' own Martyn Kelly will be talking about 'The psychology of a task'.
Speaker Biogs
Joanna Goodwin has worked across the public sector for over 20 years. She advises and challenges teams on digital strategy, inclusive service design, delivery confidence and organisational capability. Her work has informed national policy on many occasions and in the past two years, she has led and authored two books about accessibility and bilingual content. She is a distinguished fellow at the Future Government Association based in Australia and a member of the Government Digital Sustainability Alliance, based in the UK. Soham and Inas are the founders of NeuraCite, an AI visibility platform helping businesses understand and improve how they appear, get mentioned, and are cited across AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Both have completed their MBA at Cardiff University and are currently part of the Alacrity Foundation, where they are developing NeuraCite as an early-stage startup. Their idea began from a shared interest in how search, discovery and user behaviour are changing in the age of AI. At UX Wales, they will be speaking about Generative Engine Optimisation and what it means for brands, content teams and user experience in the future of search.
