A casual walking/jogging group for the back of the pack. All paces are welcome. Routes are out and back based on time, so we start together and end together, then go get coffee.

Join us for a walk at Mt Trashmore. we will meet at the flag pole and take a few laps around the park.
Show up as you are. All are welcome. Dogs, strollers, guests, etc.
We'll get started a little after 9:00. If you are running late, write a message on the event and we'll let you know where you can meet up with the group.
