Valencia Cooking Club

This Asian Food Cooking Class will give attendees the chance to create their own 3-course Asian meal, with instruction from Chef Shelley Balicante. We’ll start off by making Chinese dumplings and then pair this with chicken adobo—a Philippine classic, and rice. And then we’ll end with a sweet dessert: banana-jackfruit turon. And last but definitely not least, we’ll wash this down with a refreshing ube drink. Fee for the entire course, including instructions, recipe cards, and ingredients is €45/person.
