Metafit + Coffee, a HIIT session in the park [English/Spanish]

Morning Metafit session followed by a coffee.

What IS Metafit?
It a group exercise class

It is a HIIT* class
It a class where you use your body weight only
It is suitable for all fitness levels as all exercises and intensity can be modified
It gets great results FAST
* HIIT = high intensity interval training. You work as hard as you can for a short period of time then rest

e.g. 20 seconds sprint in place, 10 seconds rest then repeat

• You don't have to be great to start but you do have to start to be great!
• Please bring a mat and water
• We meet under the Puente de La Exposition
• Buy a 10 session pass for 70€ valid for 2 months]
• Commit to get fit, no need to carry any money and can share pass with a friend or partner
• Drop-in price is 8€

We are a lovely, fun and friendly bunch who like to get hot and sweaty together! You DO NOT have to be super fit to start as all exercises can be modified.
