What we’re about

I am currently looking for a venue so that we can meetup in person. Any suggestions are welcome.

This group is for anyone who wants to practice being more self-compassionate to themselves. There are books and talks on the topic but self-compassion is something we get better at the more we practice. I started this group to make myself be more disciplined about meditating and because I would like to help more people be self-compassionate. I hope, in future, to have some face-to-face meetings.
