MANISES! CERAMICS! BIENNALE!
Manises Metro, C. Murillo, 3, Manises, ESManises Ceramics Biennale is (one of) the most prestigious ceramics events in the world and Manises is the ceramics capital of Spain, a UNESCO Creative City.
If you've attended any of our walkshops you'd have heard Alexey mention that over and over again. 2026 is the biennale year and the exhibition closes on July 31. We've procrastinated enough and now will go twice before it's too late: Tuesday morning or Wednesday evening.
We'll meet outside the Manises metro station and proceed to visit three exhibition sites throughout the pueblo while enjoying all the ceramics on street facades. A wonder-full wander-lust activity before/after the heat peak. Biennale venues are air conditioned :)
Feel free to check it out yourself at a date/time more suitable for you.
More info on Biennale Website and/or Manises Ceramics Instagram. This walkshop is free. The host might pass the hat at the end for welcome donations to keep our activities calendar sustainable, but the point is to experience Manises and ceramics in all their glory.
