Y'ALL. This is a very special event! On most walks, I mention the feline colonies around the city. We now have a chance to support one thanks to Katherine Williams, one of our members!
It's a fun outdoor fitness session for a great paws 'n claws cause.
🐾 Charity Metafit for Valencia’s Cats 💜
Join us for a Charity Metafit Session to raise money for the amazing women behind Puente Monteolivete Cat Colony, who work tirelessly to care for stray and abandoned cats in Valencia. They provide food, medical care, medication, rescues and help find loving homes for cats in need, all with very little support.
So we’re getting sweaty for a good cause 💪🐱
When?
Saturday 16th May at 10am [session will be 45 mins]
Where?
Under Puente de la Exposición (Metro Alameda)
Cost?
€10 suggested donation (or pay what you can) onsite
100% of proceeds go directly to the cat colony.
Don’t worry… this fitness session is for EVERYONE
This is about raising money for cats… not destroying your legs for the weekend 😂

Exercises can be adapted for all levels, so whether you’re a regular Metafitter or have never done HIIT before, you’ll be absolutely fine.
