3 mile walk in Elk Grove starting at Dick Lichtenberger Park

We will start at Dick Lichtenberger Park and walk a little past Pedersen Park in Elk Grove, then turn around and walk back to Dick Lichtenberger Park. The walk is an out and back, flat 3.4 miles on a walkway that weaves along a green belt adjacent to neighborhoods. There are restrooms at Dick Lichtenberger Park.

We will meet at Dick Lichtenberger Park located at Kilconnell Drive between Hutton Drive and Alabaster Drive. There is not a parking lot, so park on Hutton Drive alongside the park. We will meet near the sand volleyball court which is close to Hutton Drive.

If you use google maps for Dick Lichtenberger Park it takes you to the northern part of the park, not the main park on Kilconnell Drive between Hutton Drive and Alabaster Drive.
