Valley Jewish Community Center (VJCC) is a non-profit organization, founded upon Jewish ethics and values. Valley Jewish Community Center is committed to meeting the ever changing needs of the entire Jewish Community, to strengthening Jewish identity and to enrich the quality of Jewish life. Our objective is to facilitate programs that benefit our children, families, adults, and seniors, and in so doing, to support the entire community for generations to come.

Diabetes Prevention Program T2

• What we'll do Our Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Program follows the Center of Disease Control and Prevention guidelines which are proven to reduce individuals' risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes by 58%. The program is designed to inspire lifestyle changes for people at high risk for Type 2 Diabetes. This year-long LIFESTYLE CHANGE PROGRAM will consist of 16 weekly small group sessions, during the first 6 months, followed by 6-8 monthly sessions held during the following 6 months.
