• What we'll do
Our Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Program follows the Center of Disease Control and Prevention guidelines which are proven to reduce individuals' risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes by 58%. The program is designed to inspire lifestyle changes for people at high risk for Type 2 Diabetes.
This year-long LIFESTYLE CHANGE PROGRAM will consist of 16 weekly small group sessions, during the first 6 months, followed by 6-8 monthly sessions held during the following 6 months.
