Silver Skate Festival in Edmonton

if by chance you are in Edmonton, Alberta
Sunday February 9th, 2025
we can certainly talk shop about CGI as we enjoy the festivities

i'd like to watch the snow sculpture and fire sculpture builds
then enjoy this winter wonderland version of Burning Man
as they set alight the fire sculptures,
it's all free,
i will give out stick-on toe warmers
and we can always run to our cars to warm up

bring as many people as you want,
we can meet on Sunday February 9th at 5pm
at the road entrance to Laurier Park opposite the Zoo
13221 Buena Vista Road (find this by going due east
from the traffic circle at 142 street 87 avenue)
where i will wear flashing orange rave wrist bands
and maybe reflective vest and neon bands as well
standing beside the one big blue and 3 brown garbage bins

i will have my Meetup on if you are lost and need to message me
(or you can fire a flare and i will send a St. Bernard)
