Blender with Runway AI, Pixverse AI, Dzine AI

Super short notice. Been toying with Runway and Pixverse for style conversion to claymation and Van Gogh, also Dzine's varying levels of turning still images into 3D obj meshes for insertion into Blender thus cutting costs in acquiring assets. Lipsync on all platforms is still a bee-atch with the inability so far to mouth the letter W, plus no one moves their tongue to "Every sha la la la la." VEO3 does not even allow adding your own homemade audio, whereas Hunyuan does but --- 20hrs to render a 5 second clip using browser (although ten million easy peasy steps on Github and $5000 in at-home VRAM would fix that, perhaps too rich for me)!?!! Let's discuss inexpensive workarounds before i look for a sandwich.
