Hey creatives,
I’d like us to explore elements from art therapy.
This gathering will be on the subject of “internal conflict.

We’ll come together as a group, but each individual will work on their own from the comfort of their home. Afterwards, we can talk about the experience and have a little discussion.

One of the beautiful aspects of art therapy is that it allows us to access our emotions more easily than words alone. Engaging in creative activities can help reduce emotional stress and anxiety, in part because they support the brain’s production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate mood.

No artistic experience is needed, this is about expression, not performance. Just so you know, sharing is always optional.

All you need is paper and something to draw with.

This is NOT a space to process trauma or share anything traumatic with the group.

I’m a master’s-level counselling intern, working under supervision.

If this resonates, you’re warmly welcome to join us.
I hope to see you there.
