Radical Aliveness Ongoing Process Group #6 (of 6) - 2019 Spring Series

Join us for one or more of these ongoing Radical Aliveness process groups! We welcome new and returning members.

1. Radical Aliveness Ongoing Process Group
   Regularly scheduled Radical Aliveness group process is a sacred living laboratory where group members are encouraged to explore their control patterns in the present moment for healing and transformation.

DATES:
Winter Series (6 sessions): Jan 13, 27; Feb 10, 24; Mar 3, 10, 2019
Spring Series (6 sessions): April 14, 28; May 5, 12; Jun 9, 23, 2019

COST:
Winter or Spring Series (6 sessions): $450 (or 2 payments of $240)
Preregister for Both Series (12 sessions): $810 (or 2 payments of $420, 3 payments of $290)

2. Radical Aliveness Intensives
   Provides an opportunity to dive deeper and build skills to masterfully engage Radical Aliveness Group Process – combination of small group exercises, skill building and group process.

DATES:
Winter/Spring Sundays (2 PM – 9 PM): Feb 3, Apr 7, Jun 2
Summer Sundays (2PM - 9 PM): July 8, Aug 25th
$150/Intensive; $140 (if prepay for 3 or more)

LOCATION: #280-1125 Howe St.

These groups welcomes all ages (please be at least 18 years old), genders (including trans & non-conforming), sexual orientations, body types and abilities, nationalities, and races. These groups are size limited and tend to fill up quickly so prepay to hold your spot. New group members are asked to make a minimum 6 consecutive session commitment, with the option to continue afterwards.

Beginning in childhood, we receive personal, cultural and/or systemic messages that may devalue our embodied goodness, pleasure, wisdom and power. Standing in the way of our full relational and creative aliveness are chronic patterns formed in our past to survive. These live as frozen feelings and history in our bodies and cells and no longer serve us. Radical Aliveness/Core Energetics is a powerful, body-based system that uses techniques from Core Energetics in conjunction with dynamic group process to free frozen feelings and body history. It helps you reconnect with deep parts of yourself that you disconnected from as a child. It uncovers the power and goodness at the source of your most destructive patterns and leads you to connection with your deepest essence.

We encourage group members to follow their impulses in their own work as well as in relationship to other group members. You will be encouraged to explore where you hold yourself back, discover your unique gifts and leadership, ask for what you really need, and explore relating to others in radically alive and powerful ways. You will work individually and in groups to meet and transform what stands in the way of your full potential for life, relationship and passionate expression. This work is deep, exciting, transformative, respectful, and cathartic.

About the Facilitator: Jody Holmes, RA/CCEP, PhD, BIW is a body based practitioner, energy healer and dynamic group process facilitator who works with individuals, couples and groups. She is a faculty member of the Radical Aliveness Institute (www.radicalaliveness.com) and an advanced Brennan Integration Work practitioner (www.barbarabrennan.com). Jody is also a gifted strategist and negotiator specializing in complex multiparty conflict resolution. She is one of the primary architects of the precedent setting Great Bear Rainforest Agreements (www.savethegreatbear.com).
