5 Day Radical Aliveness Retreat at Hollyhock

There is a state in which you are fully alive, authentic, and spontaneous. You are open to all of your feelings, connected to your strength and your truth. You are not afraid to know anything about yourself or about others. You seek out and value the diverse perspectives we all bring. Here you can meet life in all its possibilities.

In this state you are a force of nature, a presence that helps life’s greatest potential to emerge. We call this Radical Aliveness.

When we can be present with ourselves, not from a defended place but from a deeply healed and whole place, we can live the life we long for and be in the world in ways that create healing. To be able to stay with ourselves, we must experience all that we are – our pleasure and our pain, our love and our rage – all the messy contradictions that make us human.

This Radical Aliveness workshop creates a container where the frozen feelings that keep us from living fully can come into the light and be transformed. This work unfolds through powerful group and individual process.

You will experience the goodness and essence that lives beyond your most destructive patterns and expand your ability to meet the complex and multi-faceted world in ways that benefit all.

DAILY SCHEDULE:
Please note that the workshop starts with dinner and the evening session on July 12; and ends with lunch on July 17

• 3:00-6:00pm Afternoon Session (Afternoon off on July 15)
• 6:30-7:30pm Dinner

Cost: $565 (Cdn) for the workshop. We support equal access for all participants - scholarships are available for those demonstrating need when you register for the workshop (Meals and accommodations at Hollyhock are extra)

Credits: This course meets the qualifications for 28.5 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences

Your facilitators:
Jody Holmes, PhD, BIW, BHSP, RA/CCEP is a body based practitioner, energy healer and dynamic group process facilitator with an active private practice based in Vancouver for individuals, couples and groups. She co-founded Radical Aliveness Vancouver and is on faculty of the Radical Aliveness Institute. She has 15+ years of advanced training in Radical Aliveness with Ann Bradney, Brennan Integration Work and a variety of intensive leadership trainings. Jody is also a social change activist, visionary, gifted strategist and negotiator specializing in leadership and complex multiparty conflict resolution. She has spent the last 20 years of her life deeply engaged in the co-creation of an award winning global model for First Nations reconciliation and conservation in the Great Bear Rainforest of British Columbia. She is continuously in awe about the potential for conscious tension & conflict to transform relationships and expand our capacity to give our gifts fully.

Jonathan Godfrey, CPRA, CCEP, is a faculty member at the Radical Aliveness Institute as well as at Radical Aliveness Costa Rica. He leads workshops throughout the US and has a private practice in Philadelphia where he works with individuals and groups. Jonathan’s focus is on empowering his clients to realize their full potential and ultimately live the lives they long to live. He is passionate about group work, healing in community and creating inclusiveness for all people and all perspectives to be seen and heard.
