AI Is Changing How We Build — Are Our Teams Ready?
Details
Our roundtable discussion is back! AI is rapidly transforming how software gets built — from how developers write code to how engineering teams collaborate, plan, and deliver value. But what does this shift really mean for engineering organization design and developer productivity?
Join us for an interactive roundtable discussion where engineering leaders and practitioners will share perspectives, experiences, and open questions about the evolving role of AI in our teams.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How AI tools are changing day-to-day development work
- What “developer productivity” means in an AI-augmented world
- Whether traditional team structures still make sense
- Emerging roles, skills, and leadership challenges
- Practical lessons from teams already adapting
This will be a highly participatory session focused on real experiences, thoughtful debate, and shared learning. Come ready to contribute your insights, questions, and experiments.
Whether you're leading engineering teams or building in them, this conversation will help you think more intentionally about designing organizations for the AI era.
