Following his spectacular presentation on Quantum Portals on July 8th, Mr. Jeff Selver returns for a special Discussion Group to explore one of the most fascinating and profound experiences from his contact journey: The Ocean of the Mind.
In his book, The Rising: And The Alien Plan To Build An Enlightened City On Earth, Jeff Selver shares the extraordinary story of his encounters with Grey aliens and the consciousness-raising journey that transformed his life. During this follow-up presentation and discussion, Jeff will take us deeper into an experience he had aboard a Grey alien craft when he was 19 years old, where he was introduced to an advanced understanding of consciousness by a female Grey he refers to as The Elder.
According to Jeff’s experience, the Greys described human consciousness as The Ocean of the Mind — a vast inner field containing everyday thoughts, subconscious patterns, formative memories, and deeper aspects of the self. While aboard the craft, Jeff was shown a device connected to his mind that could extract and display his thoughts as holographic packets, revealing how different memories, emotions, and thought patterns were linked together to shape his personality, choices, and spiritual development.
This remarkable encounter opened Jeff to a deeper understanding of the mind, the soul, time, psychic ability, and the Grey alien perspective on human consciousness. It also became part of the larger journey known as The Rising, an agreement to discover his soul, expand his consciousness, and prepare for a future relationship between humanity and a Grey alien presence here on Earth.

#### Mr. Jeff S. Selver
In his twenties, Jeff Selver started his own band which had a modicum of success, packing clubs in the thriving Toronto music scene. He then found a passion for management and leadership which led him to a Master of Business Administration, writing his thesis on spiritual values in leadership and the effects on organizational performance. This led to his work in banks and into the corporate world as a motivational speaker, teaching mindful leadership, and sharing the benefits of meditation. He has been under the tutelage of a Vedic teacher for over twenty years where he learned Vedic philosophy and meditation. When his memories of alien contact came out Jeff began presenting on his contact events in UFO groups, sharing his story in detail, and providing research and corroboration with other experiencers. He currently resides in Vancouver, B.C. with his spouse.
