Located in Salmon Creek, Muni Muni Yoga & Wellness strives to create a safe and welcoming community for all of those who wish to practice yoga in the West Vancouver area. We offer heated/nonheated classes and special events including, but not limited to: Glowga, Silent Hatha, Posture Workshops, Pranayama, Continuing Education for Certified Instructors, Outdoor Yoga, Acroyoga, and Meditation. We are open 7 days a week and can't wait to practice with you!

Conscious Breathwork

Join Steph Snyder on the first Sunday of each month for an event that shouldn't be missed!Conscious Breathwork is a somatic healing practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By working directly with the breath, this practice can support nervous system regulation, access expanded states of awareness, release trauma stored in the body, and deepen emotional processing and self-connection.
In this two-hour group experience, we will begin with an overview of the breathwork practice and create space to ask questions, followed by about one hour of guided Conscious Breathwork. Participants will be invited to lie comfortably on their backs during the breathing portion. We will close with time for rest, reflection, and gentle integration of the experience.
To support your session, please bring a yoga mat or similar padding, a blanket, a pillow, an eye cover (like an eye mask or bandana), and water. There will also be props available to you at the studio, including bolsters and blankets. Comfortable clothing is encouraged. You may also wish to bring a journal for integration afterward. It is recommended to avoid heavy meals for 2 to 3 hours beforehand and avoid the consumption of alcohol or other substances prior to the session. Meditative Sound Bath
Muni Muni Yoga & Wellness, 13317 NE 12th Ave, Ste 111, Vancouver, WA, USThis 60-minute sound bath will begin with a guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey to restore your mind, heart, and body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and renewed. All are welcome to attend. No experience necessary! Regardless of your level, our sound baths require nothing of you except to lie back, relax, and receive.
