Lets see the original Grey Gardens @ The Rio

Details
We see 'Grey Gardens' referred to a lot in media & films. Let's watch this great documentary about the eccentric lives of 2 reclusive relatives of Jackie Kennedy Onassis to see what the fuss is about. :)
Edie Bouvier Beale & her mother, Edith, are the sole inhabitants of a Long Island estate. They openly discuss their habits, desires & former loves with filmmakers Albert and David Maysles. The women reveal themselves to be misfits with outsized, engaging personalities. Much of the conversation is centered on their pasts, as mother & daughter now rarely leave home.
The Rio Theatre is a charming theatre located a 4 min walk from the skytrain.

Arrive by 530 to sit with the group. We'll sit on the 2nd floor balcony level, 2 or 3 rows back from the front. As it's easy to find each other up there.
After, we'll likely go to St. Augustine's Pub for a snack to discuss the movie. If you might like to join for this, msg me directly as I'll try to make a rezo.
Tomatometer: 94%. "An extraordinarily crafty invasion into the lives of Edith Beale & her daughter Edie". "As tender & revealing as it is completely bonkers".
