Vancouver Gaymers - LGBT+ Geeks and Gaymers

Vancouver Gaymers is a Canadian social group for Vancouver's 2SLGBTQ+ geeks and gamers.

This group started back in 2009 by a group of friends meeting at local Tim Hortons and libraries. It has since grown into a group of people united by our love of gaming and geek culture. We hold monthly events that offer a safe space for 2SLGBTQ+ people to be themselves.

Community Standards
All participants abide by our community standards:

• Discrimination and Harassment No Discrimination, Harassment, Unwanted Sexual or Flirtatious Advances. Treat members with respect, including respect for their gender and identity.
• Adult or Sexual Content Stay suitable for ages 13+, keep adult content to areas labelled for it, and do not treat the group like a dating or hookup app.
• Gaming-First Space Be here to socialize with geeks, gamers, and make 2SLGBTQ+ friends. Approach an admin before any selling or advertising.
• Do Your Part Help out if you can, leave venues as clean and tidy as you arrived, and support us and them
• Respect Everybody's Privacy Get consent before sharing anybody’s information or streaming
• Play By the Rules Follow these Community Standards, Society Rules, as well as Provincial and Federal Laws - including copyright laws.
