What we’re about

Vancouver Gaymers is a Canadian social group for Vancouver's 2SLGBTQ+ geeks and gamers.

Our Discord server hosts ongoing chat, video gaming, and events are also posted here: https://discord.com/invite/NdKfJQ7

This group started back in 2009 by a group of friends meeting at local Tim Hortons and libraries. It has since grown into a group of people united by our love of gaming and geek culture. We hold monthly events that offer a safe space for 2SLGBTQ+ people to be themselves.

Community Standards
All participants abide by our community standards:

Discrimination and Harassment No Discrimination, Harassment, Unwanted Sexual or Flirtatious Advances. Treat members with respect, including respect for their gender and identity.
Adult or Sexual Content Stay suitable for ages 13+, keep adult content to areas labelled for it, and do not treat the group like a dating or hookup app.
Gaming-First Space Be here to socialize with geeks, gamers, and make 2SLGBTQ+ friends. Approach an admin before any selling or advertising.
Do Your Part Help out if you can, leave venues as clean and tidy as you arrived, and support us and them
Respect Everybody's Privacy Get consent before sharing anybody’s information or streaming
