About us
The Virginia Blockchain Council (VBC) is a registered 501(c)(6) nonprofit and nonpartisan organization. Our mission is to build a confident and well-informed blockchain and digital asset constituency in the state of Virginia through grassroots advocacy, community growth initiatives, and academic partnerships. We belong to the U.S. Blockchain Coalition (USBC), a federation composed of over thirty councils in an effort to further blockchain development amongst the states.
This page brings together Virginia’s Central Counties, with its members coming from Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Powhatan, Amelia, Charles City County, Dinwiddie, King William, New Kent, Powhatan, Prince George, and Sussex.
We host monthly meetups to discuss various topics related to blockchain technology and Web 3. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned enthusiast, anyone is welcome to join us!
