Theyâve gone allâin on vegan offerings, crafting their own houseâmade vegan cheeses and a wide range of authentic Mexican streetâfoodâstyle vegan fillings.
Their vegan protein options â listed on the menu as âyour vegan optionâ â include squash blossoms, mushroom ârinds,â soy chorizo, soy asada, soy pastor, soy birria, soy ground, and more.

- Huarache Oval shaped handmade tortilla, black beans, your vegan option, lettuce, almond sour cream, vegan cheese, prickly pear cactus and avocado.
- Plato loco Soy asada, soy chorizo, cactus, tofu, rice, black beans, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, chili, refried onions and 3 handmade tortillas on the side.

Our monthly restaurant events are relaxed, casual gatherings focused around sharing a delicious meal and conversation.
- Usually held on the second Saturday of each month.
- We enjoy a late lunch and typically visit for a couple of hours.

- RSVP âYesâ only if you plan to attend, so the restaurant can plan accordingly.

- Free! VegKC events are intentionally free to keep them accessible.
