Vegan Cheese Making Class

Instructor Steve Leinen, ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest winner, will demonstrate how to make Fresh Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese Ball (spread), Ricotta, and Smoked Gouda. Attend to watch step by step instructions and sample the vegan cheeses afterwards!
