What we're about
Upcoming events (4+)
VegKins is a Minnesota family group for vegan children and their parents. Join the holiday celebration!
A professional Santa will be on site from 9-10am, asking children what is on their wish list and handing out candy canes. Parents can take their own images.
Come for hot chocolate, snacks, games and activities.
Just in time for the holidays! Learn on site or follow along LIVE. You'll become more confident in making incredible vegan meats and cheeses after this class.
Your instructor, Steve Leinen, will start off by making and baking a vegan ham. While that is in the oven, he'll show you how to make FOUR cheeses: a holiday cheddar cheese ball, Swiss cheese sauce, fresh mozzarella, and herbed feta.
If time allows, he might do sausage, pepperoni or roast beaf... but no promises!
What is promised, for those on site, is a ham and cheese sandwich! For everyone at home, you'll have to take your new skills and make your own vegan ham and cheeses.
Sign up to get instructions (coming soon) on how to join the live.
Ashley's Vegan Sweets is popping up again at our boutique. Stop by for incredible treats perfect for gifts this holiday season.

Join us for ARC's monthly volunteer meeting & potluck! Bring a vegan snack or treat to share with the group for the beginning of the meeting while we discuss surviving the holidays as a vegan.
The holidays can be some of the toughest times for vegans, balancing relationships with family and friends and our own beliefs. This discussion will address issues like attending non-vegan holidays, entertaining family members, boycotting holidays altogether, and more. This is an opportunity for us to share our experiences, and give advice to one another in this often challenging time.
This event can also be helpful for those who may not be vegan, but who have vegan family members and would like to understand how they can be supportive!
Let us know you're coming here: https://forms.gle/ErPfLZHzud7p9fTG8
All are welcome! You do not need to be vegan to attend ARC events.
