Movie Screening - Okja

Join the Animal Rights Coalition for a free screening of Okja.

This film is about a young girl who raised a genetically modified "super pig" (the titular Okja), and, after she is taken to the United States, goes on a mission to rescue her from mistreatment at the hands of the meat industry.

After the film, we'll discuss the movie.

The location is at Masonic Building, 5149 Bloomington Ave, Mpls, MN 55417, in a residential neighborhood with tons of free street and lot parking. Head down the stairs for the screening.

This event will be held directly after and at the same location as the Broken Hearted PAWrents event, a compassionate gathering dedicated to honoring and remembering our beloved animal companions who have crossed the rainbow bridge. You are invited to attend both free events.
