ARC at Education Minnesota's MEA Conference
Details
We will have a table at Education Minnesota's annual MEA Conference at the St. Paul RiverCentre to engage with educators about the use of animals in the classroom—including dissection, hatching projects, classroom "pets," and other forms of animal exploitation.
Our booth will feature information about our Teaching Compassion lending library, a 3D cat and bullfrog dissection model, our Virtual Reality ethical dissection headset, a chick life cycle model, and free copies of the educational game We're All Animals. We'll also provide literature outlining the benefits of humane, non-animal alternatives in the classroom, along with resources on where to find them.
If you're an educator attending this event, be sure to stop by and pick up free resources to support compassionate, science-based learning in your classroom.
