Vegan Cheese Making Class

Instructor Steve Leinen, ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest winner, will demonstrate how to make four vegan cheeses - Ricotta, Queso Dip, Cheddar Cheese Ball, and perhaps Dill Havarti.
Attend to watch step-by-step instructions and sample the vegan cheeses afterward!
Please do NOT rsvp if you have already attended one of Steve's cheese classes AND you are positive you can attend. No-shows risk being removed from the group, as this is a popular class with limited seating and many people are usually on the wait list.
5149 Bloomington Ave, Mpls is a Masonic Lodge. There is plenty of free parking on the residential street and in their parking lot. Head down the stairs for the workshop.
