Join the Animal Rights Coalition at Anoka Ramsey Community College to engage students in meaningful conversations about animal rights and the benefits of adopting a vegan lifestyle!
We'll be tabling at the entrance to door #16, between the Performing Arts Center and the Business/Nursing building, with pay-per-view virtual reality headsets that give students a first-hand look into the harsh realities of factory farming. Participants can watch from the perspective of a chicken, pig, or cow to see how animals raised for food endure suffering before ending up in grocery store packages. For each student who watches, we’ll offer $2 and have a follow-up conversation to discuss what they’ve seen.

Volunteers are needed to distribute informative literature, set up and assist with the VR headsets, and talk with students about animal rights, veganism, and their own experience.
