I'm posting this on behalf of Carol.....
So excited for our next meeting! I've picked T.S. Ma, a Chinese restaurant I really like. It has amazing food and they're really focused on healthy, high-quality ingredients. They used to only be in New York, but now they have places in Wyckoff and Upper Montclair too!
I've chatted with the staff about vegan options – they're super accommodating!
What's really cool is that they make all their sauces in-house, so they can easily adapt things to be vegan. They have a ton of vegan options already (like 10!), and even their noodle and rice dishes can be made vegan if you skip the oyster sauce.
They're open until 9:30 (last order at 9:15), but they're happy to hang out with us until 10:00 if we need a bit more time.
