Rosie's Farm Sanctuary Volunteer Day

Rosie's Farm Sanctuary is opening in Potomac, MD and VSDC is organizing their first ever Volunteer Day.

Rosie's Farm Sanctuary rescues farm animals and currently has goats, pigs, chickens, sheep, and cows. They will need assistance cleaning, raking, and putting together enrichment boxes for the pigs. A variety of volunteer tasks will be available, and all attendees will have a chance to enjoy the beauty of the sanctuary and connect with the animals.

After volunteering we can meet up with the Vegan Trekkers at MOM's Organic Market in Gaithersburg for vegan lunch.
