VSDC Book Club discusses “The Violin Conspiracy” by Brendan Slocumb (online)

Please join the Veg Society of DC Book Club discussion of "The Violin Conspiracy” by Brendan Slocumb. This meeting will take place online, via zoom.

Washington Post: “about an aspiring musician and his great-great-grandfather’s violin. … Slocumb is equally adept at suspense, whether he’s conveying the ticktock of the main mystery or the heart-pounding, fist-clenching realities Ray has to face as a young Black man in America.”

To participate you must read at least half the book—and RSVP at least two days before the meeting. People who RSVP yes will get the details to join the discussion (the weekend before the meeting). The details will not be posted on meetup.

The VSDC Book Club began meeting online in March 2020 (previously we met in vegetarian restaurants in DC or nearby Maryland or Virginia).
