October is DC Vegan Chef Challenge! As part of this friendly competition 10 DC-area restaurants are debuting new plant-based dishes for customers to vote for their favorites.
Let's meet at Asian Grill in Springfield which is debuting three plant-based dishes: 1) Lettuce Wraps, 2) Salt & Pepper Eggplant, 3) Chef's Special String Beans. You can also order vegan options from their regular menu.
All are welcome—join for good company, good food, and weigh in on the Vegan Chef Challenge!
Asian Grill is located in Springfield, and is a 12 minute drive/taxi from the Springfield Franconia Metro. There is ample parking.
